Adult Music Instruction
Flexible scheduling and pacing for working adults returning to music or starting an instrument later in life, with lessons focused on practical, steady progress.
What age groups do you teach?
We accept students starting around age 5 through adults. Lesson pacing, session length, and teaching methods are adjusted based on the student's age and prior experience with music.
Do I need my own instrument to start?
Having access to a piano, guitar, or oud for practice between lessons is recommended. Our studio has instruments available during class time, but home practice is important for steady progress.
How long is each lesson?
Standard lessons run 45 to 60 minutes depending on the instrument and student age. Shorter sessions are available for younger children who benefit from more frequent, brief practice periods.
Can I switch instruments after starting?
Yes, students can discuss switching between piano, guitar, or oud with their instructor. We recommend a short trial period on the new instrument before fully transitioning lesson plans.
Do you offer group classes or only one-on-one?
We offer both formats. One-on-one lessons focus on individual pacing, while select group classes for children introduce ensemble skills and peer interaction alongside instrument basics.
How is progress tracked over time?
Instructors review technique, repertoire, and theory understanding at regular intervals and share feedback with students or parents so lesson plans can be adjusted as skills develop.
